Which biosignal file formats are supported?

The European Data Format family — EDF, EDF+ (continuous and discontinuous) and BioSemi BDF/BDF+ — used by most sleep laboratories, EEG systems and public research databases, and the ISHNE Holter format for ambulatory ECG recordings and their beat annotation files.

Are my recordings uploaded?

No. Files are read locally in your browser with JavaScript and never transmitted. That matters because EDF headers commonly include a patient identification field with names, birthdates or hospital numbers.

Who are these tools for?

Sleep technologists, neurophysiology and cardiology technicians, researchers working with public datasets, and software or integration engineers who need to check what a biosignal file really contains.

Can these tools be used for clinical decisions?
